1. General Policies

1.1 Reception

  • Check in time from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Check out time until 12:00 pm
  • Arrivals after check in time must be advised 24 hours before
  • Late check outs must be advised 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Up to 3 hours: 25% of the room charge
  • Up to 6 hour: 50% of the room charge
  • For check in is mandatory a identification document
  • Total payment of the booking is required at check in time
  • For booking confirmations, the total value of the first night must be deposited. The remaining value must be payed at the check in date
  • At the arrival date, a card will be given to open the gate, main door and bedroom door.
  • If extra costs are going to be payed at check out time, the costumer has to leave the credit card details at reception.
  • All receipts related with extra costs have to be signed by the Costumer
  • Each Costumer is provided with a shower towel

1.2 Breakfast

  • Included in room price
  • Served between 8:30 am and 10:30 am, in the breakfast area

1.3 Utilisation rules

  • Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and interior common areas
  • Each costumer is responsible for their belongings. Azen is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Costumer personal belongings
  • Animals are not allowed at Azen.
  • Free WIFI access all over the house
  • Azen requests no noises that may disturb other Costumers, after 11:00 pm.
  • All common areas must be left clean, after use
  • No eating in the living room or bedrooms
  • Any damages made by the Costumer at Azen property must be charged to the same at check out time.

1.4 Services with additional costs

  • The service of extra bed must be asked in advance
  • Extra Bed: 15€ per day
  • Kids under 2 years old don’t pay
  • Laundry
  • Transport from or to airport, beaches, town or other destiny
  • Extra towel: 5 €

1.5 Cancelations

  • Azen reserves the right to cancel any reservation in which case a full refund will be made
  • Any kind of changes of the reservation will be subject to confirmation and availability
  • Cancelations with 7 days or less to check in date, have no refund of the deposit.

1.6 Cleaning

  • All rooms are cleaned once a day
  • Each guest is provided with a shower towel
  • If the guests stay longer then 4 days in the same bedroom, new sheets and towels will be given.

2. Group Reservations

(For more than 10 persons)

  • For booking confirmations, 20% of the total reservation must be deposited.
  • The remaining 80% must be paid latest 15 days before arrival date otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refundable.
  • If the Costumer cancels the reservation within 15 days prior to the check in date, no refund will be made by Azen.

3. Rental Conditions

  • Azen has bicycles, tennis gear and surf equipment for rent when the equipment is available
  • A deposit will be requested if the credit card details weren’t left previously at the reception, and a term of responsibility must be sign prior to the rental
  • The Costumer must deliver the equipment as soon as the period of rental is expired, and is responsible for its good use and good conditions
  • Equipments in bad shape, broken or delivered after the period of rental, must pay a extra fee, the appropriate amount depends on the case
  • Failure to deliver the rented equipment, will be the subject of criminal complaint for theft against the practice of civil responsibility of the contract between the parties.
  • In case of theft the Customer shall submit a criminal complaint immediately and is responsible for the payment of its value.
  • The Customer is responsible to have his/her own insurance covering personal accident which can accrue during use of rented equipment from Azen leaving the full responsibility to the client.
  • For cases not covered by these rules, the parties shall be governed by applicable law.
